A lot of potential for AEPP moving forward.

Thanks for correcting the misinformation about the patent assignments for Oncolix.

Hopefully we can put that nonsense behind us as well and move forward with accurate information.

While we don’t know the future, we can see the corporate actions so far.

I am not worried about being scammed. If Redman just wanted to take our money, he could have just reversed split us out of our shares when he took Oncolix public. He didn’t (but garsh, we had to hear about it for months, even when we knew it wasn’t gonna happen.)

If he wanted to hide corporate actions that would have a negative impact on current shareholders, he could have filed the 15-12G resignation of SEC reporting requirements and simply filed for a pinksheet tier. That way, he wouldn’t have to bother with all the misc filings that keep shareholders informed. He didn’t do that either.

When Redman took Oncolix public, he could have designated a class of super preferred shares that have superior voting and conversion rights that would insulate the company, officers, their principal investor Greenville along with accredited investors, from future corporate actions that could have a negative effect on common stock. Once again, he didn’t do that.

The large chunk of beneficial ownership is in the form of common shares. The preferred shares convert 1:1 into common shares, with a predetermined exercise price that are most beneficial when/if the company is successful.

Have taken these factors into consideration and have invested accordingly. I have stated for months that I see this as a rare opportunity. My position has not changed.

I do understand that everyone has to do what is best for their own portfolio.

Congrats to those who have taken profits. GLTU.

For me, I will stick around for awhile.

IMO and FWIW.
