1. The quarterlies for this company are going in a very good direction, we have seen a great spike the past few quarters when the financials were released.

2. The company has good management, if you want to see a dumpster fire and how bad it could be, look at DCTH.

3. TalkEHR is going well and they continue to find new customers and break new ground.

They are making great strides paying their debt off, this is really just a matter of time.
