That's what they're waiting for imo... then they can get rid of the pesky shareholders and keep the company for themselves.

There is absolutely no interest in trying to improve the stock price. They make enough money to live off of and that is all that matters to them.

... but they better hope they don't ever run into a situation where they need a large amount of cash, cause they will have burnt that bridge.
