Nano .. also you might want to enlighten the board about the lawsuit filed by Katz and Hemminger against Shinn in July of 2003 that forced the Assesment team to be hired .. for which .. Shinn paid in HTDS stock .. that he did not return to inventory .. Shinn has so many multitudes of fiduciary duty and risks you are going to be shocked ....
