I think the first word sums up EAPH... "When" Every PR is soon, pending next week, next month, next year.... I'd actually go as far as saying never but then I'd be accused of being a hater. Let's be honest there is no when it's just a word that keeps the unsuspecting hopeful and doesn't apply to EAPH cos "when" implies something has actually been done to achieve something.
