Terrible news from HDYN. They didn't get a new deal from Guinea and there is no indication they will.

It is obvious that Fatala DID NOT meet the criteria for allowing the 2 year appraisal period to kick in and that the Guinean concession, which is HDYNs only asset, could be lost in its entirety.

With Guinea not already approving the appraisal period the risk of total loss just went way up.
