I believe Maxim Group has. I am not sure of Michael's background but for sure he made a mistake dealing with the investor relations firm Kilmer Lucas and more specifically Kilmer himself. The fat ass is a big fraud and the fact that Kilmer Lucas has connections to organize crime may be the reason why they are no longer working with this fake investor relations firm.

I am also very happy that these post rank very high in google searches so that when people search for Kilmer Lucas they can see what a fraud that firm is.
