I noticed that as well, a few months back:

"Wialan has partnered with Ilumenfi a start-up company to manufacture the smart lights using Wialan powerful wireless equipment to drive the Wi-Fi, the video surveillance cameras and the control of the lights, this partnership bring synergy to both companies, Wialan can concentrate in its core business of manufacturing industrial wireless equipment and Ilumenfi can concentrate in producing the finish product with Wialan’s internal wireless engine inside the lights. For Wialan this move secures the production of Wialan’s wireless routers to drive the lights and also secures the production of Wialan’s base units to mesh the lights to the central station where the NVR and Internet is based, a Wialan Base with only two radios can easily manage up to 20 lights in a mesh configuration (Wialan’s base units can have up to 4 radios, each radio can have a different frequency, 2.4GHz, 4.9GHz and or the whole range of 5.0GHz to 5.8GHz)."
