Yeah. Even if there is some sort of a deal that doesn't mean that ERHC shareholders will come out of it with much of anything.

I literally see more liabilities than assets with ERHC. So, in any reconfigured company, I see ERHC shareholders getting little if anything.

Of course it will be heralded as a great deal no matter what. But then reality will set in.
