Actually, they haven't actually put in so much new money. There has been one open market purchase, most was the result of exercise of options or conversion of notes.

I don't know why he has done that. He is all in in terms of marketing. It is important for the company to have a share price that stays afloat in order to preserve some ability to raise new capital.

There are thousands of pump-and-dump schemes in the last decade that I could name that had questionable products with no end market, and incredible market caps that all collapsed. Some of them had board members or managers that had serious backgrounds, education etc, so even smart people can sometimes fall for that.

I have seen no evidence for any commercial interest in the last few years in AOT or any scientific evidence that it actually works.
