The same statement that I don't get the company was given a few years ago, but nothing has changed. No orders, or any indication of at least a few demos. Kinder Morgan didn't like the results then, but haven't considered a new test afterwards.

All the potential deals in the 10-Q have many contingencies and use legal language that gives QS energy a lot of cover if these deals don't materialize.

The AOT has no science behind it. Have you read the reports and scientific articles by Dr. Rongjia Tao. There is no evidence that the AOT provides any statistically significant reduction in oil viscosity that is commercially interesting for these pipe companies.

There are many techniques that can get a reduction in oil viscosity, but very few have provided one that has a reduction large enough to warrant the investment. QS Energy and Temple University have invested relatively little capital in R&D over the years. And the fact that oil companies won't order anything for years is BS. If the results can back positively, and the reduction was interesting enough, they would have ordered many AOTs by now. But the NPV is negative for them, so they don't bother with it. They were initially swayed to give it an old college try for $50k, but they immediately saw that there was nothing there.

QS energy can cover up the bad results with the ND-agreements, but the burn rate continues.
