I haven't personally for a while, no. I fully expected this to take a while if done properly. I'll give him the rest of the year to provide an update. Should be close, the preferred stock was designated 7/26 and it appears he has Nevada and the OTC site all up to date. If he can come through with anything like the description on OTCmarkets, we're gold IMO
