This is Wayne Tisdale's project, and I think one would have to look at what happened with his other endeavors in the past.
Things generally move glacially slow (almost literally) in mine-development projects, but if the concentrations are high enough things can move fast too.
I hope management soon faces a choice: Do we borrow for the capital expenditures necessary to dig up all that high-concentration ore, or do we invite buyers from the majors at a large multiple of our current share price?
