over the last year the stock has been selling off creating a bearish trend. Since June every time the stock starts to move up it hits .01 and retreats. Sort of like a head fake, so the trend to become bullish is never really confirmed. If we could push through and hold .01 and keep going the reversal could be confirmed and the chart would look more attractive to certain types of traders
