A complete settlement is doubtful! When one or the other sees they are at a real standstill, most likely Gers IMO, GERS will ask for a change into the Appeal itself! I don't know how far the other guys will go, but Gers should eventually see the writing on the Wall, so to speak, and get out of this mediation, in which they probably gave up too much already! But, that is my opinion!

Then how could GERS ask for more than they already asked for in the Mediation? They probably put all the "Marbles" on the table at the outset, which can only be whittled-down, not improved upon! Ridiculous to me! Maybe Gers Lawyers accepted the mediation just to make a quick settlement, and start receiving whatever monies sooner than later? Maybe, Maybe, Maybe, who knows for sure?
