An R/M between SIGO and Battle Mountain Genetics which The Novus Group had an ownership in Mountain prior the R/M. It's obvios that Novus a related-party.

All legit and SIGO just expanding these days and already generated almost $200k revenues for August alone. Most weed companies which are trading $50m to $150m don't even have sales yet. This alone points of immense undervalued.$3m cap a/o today even if compare it to others including fully dilution ( All other weed stocks will be facing a massive dilution thru Warrants, Options and Convertibale Notes while sigo has a clean balance sheet a/o today, a debt-free.

10Q also out but past 2 months developments will be reflected on upcoming Earnings. Can't wait and loading the gift cheap shares here.
