So talked to IR again apparently the AS and OS aren't published until financials are published...the OTC automatically publishes them based off of the financials....they are one of the same despite what others say on here...here is the email from IR

"AS and OS will be updated once the filings go out. I tried and learned that they are auto-generated on the OTC off the filings. "
