Long Pin is Chinese for Dragon - or more precisely "Dragon Quality", Pin being quality or grade.

So Longpin Life Science translates to Dragon Life Science.

This part - the name - is open and shut.

The rest of this is murky at best. I-Glow makes solid points that this looks like a scam. So pure long shot speculation that the Chinese outfit even exists and that it owns majority shares in NOHO, or what used to be NOHO. If by some freaky happenstance that turns out to be true and if the RS is cancelled or modified downwards, then there'll be some real joy...

That's a different name. It's not "Dragon Life Science Holding Group" which is the name of the new Gelmon company. "Longpin Life Science Holding Group" is the name in the nasdaq company's PR.
