BRGRF_down_another_3%_Vote NO on Reverse-Split/Mugging.
Your 34.76 shares of LIEG at $.03 as of 4PM are worth $1.04
One share of BRGRF is worth $.67 (down 3%)

If the Reverse-Split/Mugging had taken place at the closing bell today you would have immediately lost $.37 on this basic 34.76 share block if BRGRF decides one day (within a 4 month window) they can't match PAR.

Before the merger you as an original LIEG shareholder could derive appreciation from 17.7% of the Maricunga NewCo JV.
After the_merger you as a legacy LIEG shareholder can derive appreciation from only 07.4% of the Maricunga NewCo JV.

I probably don't have to spell out in gory detail for you who it was that jammed it's slimy Canadian cloven hand up our azz and pulled out that differential 10.3% all for himself/itself... do I?
But awwww shucks.... I will spell it out anyways since I love spelling (and proper English):
LPI 32.5% now... maybe 50.0% next September 2018 (Australian Company)
MSB 32.3% (Chilean company)
BRZ 10.3% (Canadian Company, New Director Luis Saenz)
BRGRF 7.4% (American Company, No BOD) see page 30 para 4 Click_Here
