This is clearly not a P&D. Not even close. What part of the news about the news or recent OTC updates did you find bad? Even if you argue they shouldn't have tweeted to expect news (which IMO is not bad at all when you follow through in such a big way), what do you think the company is doing wrong? They just announced a 1.7 million dollar contract with money on hand and they are trading at .003. Buy while you can.
