Sullivan proved he can't execute.

He failed with the original Geotraq idea, and went into hiding.

Now he's back with exactly the same concept but without any certified modules nor patents.

It's a worn out speech to a newer crowd.

But the same fundamentals still apply here:

- He has no R&D capacity
- He has no production plant
- He is starting from scratch... again...
- Competitors, and big established ones, now flooding the market with certified, dirt cheap IOT modules made in Taiwan or China
- Competitors have a worldwide sales force, Sullivan is alone, hence the nickname Solovan
