Lot's of "What if" scenarios to ponder. I don't know who would have the firepower to keep the price down but seems like George would see a windfall if he secured the shares from the rights offering via the backstop.

Consider what effect a 20 cent dividend would have for someone holding over 60 million shares. Income and share price appreciation. Just speculation, I have no knowledge of any dividend plans.
