The orchestration of the scheme is clear in the chart below. It is clear where the fault lies. Lies is appropriate. Only the same crook who perpetrated the fraud would want it to continue.

Had not Auryn taken over this would have gone just like NPER and the crook would have gotten away with it again. Just look at the NPER board and see how that worked out and who was supporting management.
