I hate to disagree with you but one of the reasons they went silent and stop reporting was to conserve capital. It cost a lot of money to be active on the OTC, accounting , press releases ect.
They used that money to keep the company afloat while buying hector acres in Vietnam for there Stevia Crop which they are done expanding. Also to continue to execute there business plan that includes aqua farming( over 50 present of the worlds fish are farm raise with that number growing each year ) They also have a few other Irons in the fire. This dose not even include the Hemp part of the business. Also no one on the board has left or cashed any shares in. I just find it hard to believe they are here for penny's. Just my humble observation.
