just my own observations but I really believe the detective work done by many of the board members brought to light many facts that were never meant to be public at the time they were made known. and in fact the boards due diligence may have cost the parent companies millions in competitive advantage and may have forced them to expedite their time frame which may account for many of the paperwork mistakes . seems like it is just about caught up now IMO. finra done examining a massive amount of material , our Chinese conglomerate turning themselves inside out way ahead of their original schedule and the ungodly amount of accumulation of stock. as always I wish the best to all
