yeah Gerald did us all a serious 'paint down' when he cut that $5-Mil. floorless convertible deal with Jeff Fessler and Discover Growth Fund - little did he understand he would loose control of his beloved AMBS by signing on the dotted line - but he had good counsel - Bobby Farrell guiding him right into Josh Sason's death trap

Gerald went to dirty financing long ago and way back in FY08 - unfortunately, you can't play in 2 fiscal arena's at the same time - it doesn't work that way

I genuinely hope whatever carrot SRFF was dangling Gerald at the time was worth it - but the outcome was total evisceration of his shareholder base and 16-Mil. in defaulted loans to Josh Sason
