Really think about that....if you were selling a piece of land, knowing you have zoning to grow hemp and not advertise that and have a reason to be of more value than the available comparable properties?.....wait THINK about that even more....why in the hell would you sell a leased hemp farm.......i sure as hell wouldn't....would you?
I'd be calling the listing agent up tomorrow to ask then it would have to be disclosed.
Again done with this. Not trying to rain on your parade but that's a red flag for me. But this is the otc....they will run this and then start dumping
