Have you noticed ATYG has yet to bring their OTCM financial disclosures up to date since 2013? Also that Michael Zoyes is still involved?
They filed for a not-shareholder-friendly 1:5000 R/S in June 2016. It appears FINRA did not approve it, another rather large red flag.
