WMIH Corp. (WMIH) to announce acquisition of South Florida accredited mid level Bank group.
Our source in Seattle tells us that Chairman of the Finance committee Steve Scheiwe is set to release an official press release within the next 21 days by which time the deal will be finalized.
Shares of WMIH finished flat at the close of Friday's session.
