I sure hope you're right. The interlocking possibilities are so myriad it's tough to fathom. If the Dick-tater-tot in N. Korea has an emp weapon (and it is speculated he does), things could change catastrophically overnight.
I hate to sound like such a cliche of gloom and doom, but if N. Korea is attacked it's use is a possibility. Anyhow, I hope none of that sh*t happens.
