there are solid evidences here with RMRK :

we know that CROE inc is acquiring RMRK from the filing

and we know also from other filing that CROE inc is now the CRYPTO company


so we can easily deduce that the CRYPTO co is acquiring RMRK


according to the filing they have already advanced 107,000 $ on RMRK behalf to pay convertibles out



now whether they are going to move with the Reverse Triangular merger that i have posted in my DD or they are going to spin off some Bitcoin divisions here in RMRK

both cases are going to transform RMRK in a bitcoin play and will value it at much higher prices than these cheap levels

in both cases shareholders here will be big winners


the only news of Acquisition of RMRK in a press release will send RMRK very high and it will be amplified by the Bitcoin mania

so it is not a matter of if here but a matter of when

and this when is getting very close now
