POSITIVE OUTLOOK for IICN and LIGLASS TRADING Merger
The next couple of weeks are going to be very interesting for IICN. Online news indicates the contract is fine, deadlines (although changed dates on mutual agreement) will be met, new SEC filings will be completed, and the new company Liglass Trading will be official. Feasibility studies have been ongoing and the actual building of the big Naryn dam will begin soon after. The Czech Govt and the Kyrgyzsthan Govt are both strongly supportive of the contract and want things to begin. Once construction begins and the Kyrgyzstan presidential election (Oct 15th) and the Czech presidential election (before year end) finish, the press will find other things to talk about. The press is cooking up several "scandals" as the journalists need income to feed themselves. For example, there is no "investigation" of the company by Czech Intelligence Services as only the Govt can order such an investigation and the Govt fully supports the contract and wants it to happen. It will be a sentinel project that will open the doors for Czech companies to venture into big contracts in Central Asia and Eurasia.
