This is clearly a case of people jumping on the hype train from the fake news rumor. I still haven't heard from "Peter Robertson" whom I wrote immediately after he posted those rumors on multiple free PR sites, but whatever. The price will drop back to where it was before the hype and that's where it'll stay until earnings report or new catalyst comes along. The real action will be phase 3 and earnings report showing a jump in revenues, or a real buyout.
