How about we keep it simple, Mojo. CTs are an instrument specially designed to become debt going into a BK situation - which must be paid - and an equity instrument going forward after BK - must be paid. Simple, eh? We're good. Just look at actions on the Trustees and across the pond.

We just wait and dig for info that is slow coming.
