So ERHC, who probably blew hundreds of thousands on office space they didn't need for years, finally moves into a space they rent by the hour or day because their lease finally ran out. I guess I have a hard time spinning that as good news. To me it sounds more like a fly by night operation who is desperately trying to paint themselves as a viable company. Their filings, with the going concern warning, screams a different story.
