September 1, 2017..Laguna Beach CA.. IPOWorld (OTC MARKETS: IPOW) today announced that it has agreed to acquire an e-payment platform and certain assets from My Big Coin Pay, Inc. (MBCP) which is a peer-to-peer money transfer platform for global network marketplaces, businesses and individuals.
MBCP owns an online payment platform named "MyBigCoinPay.com", "MBCPAY" and virtual wallet technologies. The terms and nature of the asset purchase agreement transaction and its scope will be disclosed in a subsequent press release and/or filing.
MBCP is an emerging peer-to peer commercial, digital currency payment and money transfer platform. The ease of use and mobility of the MBCP structure and capability is further enhanced by the deployment of MasterCard to registered consumers.
In order to increase and augment its consumer base, MBCP seeks to collaborate with e payment industry leaders to develop accessible, mobile, value added integration software solutions in blockchain applications as well.
Further, IPOW has agreed to purchase MBCPAYS and related intellectual property, logos, trademarks, and users.
