Any thoughts?.....

Per the 8-22 PR.....The current outstanding shares are 500 million. There are 362 million shares held by insiders. Of the 362 million insider shares, 162 million are restricted. There are 138 million shares in the public float.

And, per the 8-8 pr......Wessal International's President, Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani, is buying 25% of the company. No more shares are being issued by Sulja Bros; therefore, Mr. Al-Muslmani has to buy in the open market.

In theory, if Wessal is through purchasing, could the float now be 13 million (138M - 125M purchased by Wessal)?

This is assuming Wessal is through purchasing, which we don't know. It is also assuming Wessal had to purchase 100% from the float, or could Wessal purchase some of the unrestricted or restricted insider shares straight from the insiders and not have to pull some of it's 125M from the float?

Just trying to gain an understanding of how this would work and trying to get some kind of idea on the float. It's not trading like it has a float of 13M, so I know that's not the case, but could it theoretically become the case?

Any thoughts by those more experieced than I? [which isn't asking much smile ]
