fuel cell driven cars are by definition electric vehicles. In fact there is no such category as fuel cell driven cars as they all require electric motors.

I monitor and watch Hypersolr but until the route (and funding) to commercial production is clear I will not invest as they will need to pay bills. As you mention there are others working in this area - including the Army research labs accidental discovery of an aluminum alloy that produced hydrogen from water at 90%+ efficiency and fast.

there will be many companies making hydrogen by lits of different methods and hypersolar I hope is one. There is no doubt in my mind that hydrogen powered vehicle will be the future.
