Not meant as a criticism, but it wasn't, really. There were three filings required in order to secure the Effectiveness of the Statement.
In the original S-1 filing there was no copy of the lease included.
In the First Amended filing they included a copy of the lease (almost certainly at the request of the SEC), but the address of the property was omitted/redacted.
The version of the lease that included the excerpt that you posted was in the Second Amended filing. It included the previously omitted address information, which again was almost certainly done at the SEC's request.

It will be interesting to see if those who take the tour can confirm that the address that they are driven to matches the address on the lease, if the tourists are physically able do that. ("No phones or camera will be allowed.")
