My gut level reaction is it's all illusion.

Where is this grow facility? They say they lease a portion of it.

That means someone else owns the facility. Who owns it?

If they actually know what these two officers are up to, are they a party to it?



The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
