I have to admit, those filings provide more information about ISBG than anything they've tweeted in the past year.

But seriously though, maybe they didn't get the reminder email about the deadline? I can't think of any other reason why this Great Company (TM) with a Bright Future (TM) wouldn't even bother to file a notification of late filing. Unless it costs money to do so, and ISBG doesn't have any. I guess that would be a pretty believable explanation.
