OAKS unlike ORC has been steadily troubling and for now I have a small position. The Fed rates hike has shaken all of the RMBS REIT securities this year, I hope the economy is shakey enough that they dont follow through with the last .50%. OAKS has dropped their divy consistently, management buying at $4.00 doesnt make me warm and fuzzy. Seeing ORC reaching for $10.00 gets the blood pumping though. I'd love to see ORC return to the .18 cent monthly divy,
