Commercial Scale Production patent Application Data Sheet was initially filed with no assignee and failed to identify it as a Small Entity application. Having to be resubmitted as a small entity.

This is the second time Dentons has filed documents as a large entity and had to correct it. In this case they had to submit another Application Data Sheet submission. The other time they filed as a large entity was December 19, 2015 when the claim for Breast Cancer reduction was first made.

Considering that both recently published patent applications fail to disclose an Assignee and the fact that no supportive information regarding the breast cancer reduction claims was provided, I imagine that when they do disclose the assignee (most likely Abbvie) along with the supportive info they will have to revise their application information and pay the appropriate large entity fees.

Must be hard for Dentons to keep the stories straight. They will no doubt be glad when they can just file normally.
