There has been a lot of talk about claims, independent claims, and the like.
I recommend to everyone to go read the patents, what they do , and how they do it. Then read through the IPR decisions. See what claims made it through, and read those thoroughly.

The IPR decision was a while back, refresh yourselves and then start talking about importance of claims. From what I read and understand
we are taking about the cornerstones of how MMO games work. IMHO of course.

So again.

IPR- done survived death squad
CAFC approaching. possibly killing patents, but also possible to get ALL of the claims back, every single one if they agree with one a simple truth. ATVI-Bungie-Proxy, and even if they don't still might get some claims back.
Set up for Oil States SCOTUS case if goes our way- then ALL CLAIMS back in play,
Wifi One case decision waiting to see if that can also possibly get us back to FULL CLAIMS>

People will be buying in once we get court date, people buy in if we get good judges, people buying in as we approach decision.
So right now, this is still a high risk, but also has MANY positive catalysts that MIGHT materialize. In my honest opinion though even if WIfi One doesn't go way we want, SCOTUS doesnt go way we want, I still like the odds of making money vs losing money on this one.
