Is it so hard just to mention the reason why they didn't commence yet? Come on after all these years they could just type one sentence explaining why?

I guess it's positive to read that they are planning 350 mw of projects with completion of 100 kw within the foreseeable future. I guess they are going forward with their projects, when they put the shovel in the ground is anyone's guess. If the news comes out that they are shoveling then the pps will shoot beyond 0.30 cents easily
