I don't think Weezuhl had an impact at the ACOM. It had already gone off the rails prior to his presentation. The committee had already spent much of its time asking about the blue dye and saying any number of ridiculous things about it. He ended up getting thrown off the stage before he was probably through half of his presentation. What was a problem was the IPCI paid consultant being unable to offer a strong defense for the blue dye issues raised by the committee. The company paid him to be able to address that issue and he really did not earn his pay. But Weezuhl's impact was minimal at best since the committee had already made up its mind by the time he took to the podium.
