Really? OMG LOL this is funny!

Ok so today you say this

dude, every single investor here knows about 101 and how pathetic an attempt it is to try and invalidate patents. It is a last stich effort by the players who has the weakest hand. So, please excuse yourself. We all knew about the 101 and the appeals and all the steps involved in IP litigati

But on the 8th you said this

Anyone who thinks the 101 has a snowballs chance in hell of brings wddd's down should sell and move on. There isn't even a remote chance of that impacting wddd's. All this regurgitation of risk is just trying to get you to sell your stock to CANT, imo.

And moreover you state

We all knew about the 101 and the appeals and all the steps involved in IP litigation.

Yet I corrected people on:

1. Cross Claims as a FACT - people argued there was no cross claim but they know legal process? really? ok

2. That materiality of claims matters as a FACT - people argued about numbers of claims not materiality but they know legal process? really?

3. That UNIQUE claims is what matters as a FACT not number of claims and if you read the posts from the weekend the group here argued ad nauseum including your precious pretend patent expert aka swing trader that NUMBERS mattered not UNIQUE CLAIMS. In fact, he spent the weekend (as others did arguing with me about 12, 8, 9, vs six claims) -odd that I was right again about UNIQUE claims and what MATTERS to the courts, but let's ignore that right?

4. And 101, since I had to explain that to even your patent swing trader. And if you think 101 doens't kill patents vs a hail mary, well perhaps google can help you. Again, many said it didn't apply and I had to correct them. Only now that patent swing trader read the district court filings does he agree and now all of a sudden it in play again? Laughable

Sir,

the reactions on the board and their and YOUR INCORRECT RESPONSES would not defend your assertion that people knew about 101 and the appeals process.

In fact, the INCORRECT responses to my posts would suggest people here WERE NOT aware of those items.

I wonder, do you have some company shares to sell for CANT and need the price up to help the pricing of the offering?

That CANT be can it?
