Can anyone tell me how we got to 178,959,954 common shares issued and outstanding?
I see in a press release dated July 13, 2017 titled "12 Retech Corporation Reaches Agreement to Reduce Number of Common Shares Outstanding" that there were 75,692,024 common shares outstanding as of July 12, 2017 after the share cancellation.
It is my understanding that 12 Retech acquired 12 Hong Kong Ltd for 50 million common shares plus some preferred shares (June 27, 2017 press release). It is my understanding that they acquired 12 Japan for 5 million common shares (August 2, 2017 press release).
This doesn't add up to 178,959,954 common shares. Any help would be appreciated.
