Almost correct in my opinion

the series B are going 30,8 times after the split
I think that's an exception you can make

So instead of 60k after conversion it's 600k after conversion.

That's almost 8% of the total cake

But one thing that has caught my eye.

There are no preferred shares anymore after the deal is done
Only common shares.

Because B shares are getting automaticly converted
And the C's are getting redeemed after two year's.

So we are going to have a nice share structure
also take a look at the 8K filling how much shares Nick and his fellow board members own after deal is done

That's why they needed the 8% to stay in control.
They own more then 50% after everything is done

Why take it to the drain. They have no reason
and for the moment also that A/S is getting trough the R/S

So 500million is going to be 10 million A/S

That's why i'm waiting for the numbers of sppc
I think new ceo is better then the previous two combined.

They alway's can raise the A/S afterwards ,but probably not needed for the moment

i'm thinking they are going right after an higher tier on the exchange

So this could be a hell of a buying oppertunity.
