Let's face it PRHL will not be able to do it without a reverse split. This may offer current shareholders an opportunity to at least get out alive. They have to get revenue going in the right direction to attract new investors. For example today i see 1 trade. This is not acceptable, if some GOOD news were to come out, investors would purchase the stock. In this environment with prices out the roof, investors are looking for a bargain.
